Delivery Policy

Delivery and Pickup Policy

1. Local Delivery Service (Excludes TV Category):

  • Customers can choose to have items delivered to a designated address or pick up from SF Express points, including SF Stores, Service Centers, Smart Lockers, OK Convenience Stores, and 7-11 Convenience Stores.
  • If the parcel exceeds the size limit of the pickup point, it will be redirected to the nearest SF Express Service Center or SF Store. Redelivery arrangements will be made upon customer request.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for delivery to specific pickup points due to size or value constraints. Customers will be notified accordingly.

2. In-Store Pickup:

  • Customers may collect their orders from our store after receiving a pickup notification. Please check the store's address and operating hours beforehand.
  • Note: Orders cannot be picked up before receiving the notification.
  • Orders must be collected within 30 days of receiving the notification. Additional storage fees will apply for late pickups.

Delivery Policy Terms:

  1. Service Coverage:

    • Delivery is available only to industrial, commercial, and residential areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
    • Delivery service is not applicable to remote areas or outlying islands (e.g., Ma Wan, the airport, and Discovery Bay).
    • Delivery is unavailable for locations inaccessible by vehicles.
  2. Special Delivery Situations:

    • If elevators are not operational or unavailable, customers must collect their orders at ground level.
    • Deliveries may be delayed during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning. Our team will contact customers to reschedule delivery.
  3. Additional Fees and Responsibilities:

    • If the recipient is unavailable during the scheduled delivery time, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
    • Customers are responsible for promptly notifying the company of any changes to the delivery address.
    • If delivery involves parking, the customer must cover the parking fee for the first half-hour or hour (whichever is lower).
  4. Company Rights:

    • The company reserves the right to refuse delivery services to any customer.
