TV Warranty Policy

Shopping Guarantee, Ten-Day Replacement Policy

  1. Ten-day replacement for defective products (subject to verification by authorized technical personnel). Three-years door-to-door free checking and repairing. It will be charged additionally if parts need to be replaced.

  2. The replacement product must be returned with complete packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, and the warranty card, if applicable, must be returned unfilled.

  3. The replacement product must be free from any signs of damage, scratches, or previous exposure to water.

  4. The ten-day replacement policy applies only to specified products.

  5. Regarding the replacement of products with dead pixels or light spots on the LCD, there must be a total of five or more points, and verification must be done by authorized technical personnel.

  6. All products will not be refunded in cash.

  7. If the product payment is not fully settled, the product is still owned by our company. We reserve all rights. The products listed on this receipt are regulated electrical appliances under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Chapter 603). The ordinance imposes the following recycling fees for the product: HKD $165 per television.
