- Order Status: Log in and click "My Orders" to check status. Shipping or pickup confirmation emails will be sent.
- Currency: All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- Payment Methods: Accepts credit cards, bank transfers, FPS, Alipay HK, and WeChat Pay HK.
- Delivery Areas: Covers industrial, commercial, and residential areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Excludes remote areas and outlying islands.
- Address Changes: Once confirmed, orders cannot be updated. Please verify the address before checkout.
- Store Pickup: Select "Store Pickup" during checkout. Bring the pickup confirmation email to the store after receiving the notification.
- Product Replacement: Contact customer service within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. Late requests will not be accepted.
