Return Policy

Elechid provides the following return and exchange policy for its customers:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Exchanges are accepted only for the following reasons:
      • Damaged product (excluding misuse or human-induced damage).
      • Quality issues.
      • Missing items.
      • Incorrect delivery.
  2. Conditions for Exchange:

    • The product must be unused, kept in its original packaging, and include:
      • All original parts and accessories.
      • Invoice and receipt.
    • Exchanges cannot be made based on personal preference.
    • Each product is eligible for only one exchange.
  3. Exclusions:

    • Gifts and redeemed items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds in cash or other products.
  4. If the Same Product is Unavailable:

    • Customers may choose another product of equal or lesser value, or:
    • Opt to pay the price difference for a higher-value product.
    • Price differences are not refunded when choosing a lower-priced product.
  5. How to Initiate an Exchange:

    • Contact Elechid’s customer service within the 7-day window.
