Elechid provides the following return and exchange policy for its customers:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged product (excluding misuse or human-induced damage).
- Quality issues.
- Missing items.
- Incorrect delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, kept in its original packaging, and include:
- All original parts and accessories.
- Invoice and receipt.
- Exchanges cannot be made based on personal preference.
- Each product is eligible for only one exchange.

Exclusions:
- Gifts and redeemed items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds in cash or other products.
If the Same Product is Unavailable:
- Customers may choose another product of equal or lesser value, or:
- Opt to pay the price difference for a higher-value product.
- Price differences are not refunded when choosing a lower-priced product.
